STORE PICKUP: 9/5 Kolora Rd, Heidelberg West. Orders can be picked up Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30am-4.00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $13.95 applies to orders shipping within Australia. International Shipping fee of $55.00 applies to shipping outside of Australia.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $99.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@beachdoll.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
